Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer Description:
Emulsfying Homogenizing means when the materials are under the
vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to
distribute one or several to another continuous phase rapidly and
evenly. The materials will be processed in the narrow space between
the stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the
machine effect.
By the operation of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extruding,
impacting, breaking and turbulence for over 199 thousand times per
minute, the materials will be dispersed and emulsified instantly
and evenly. After reciprocating circulation at high frequency, the
fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles
will be achieved.
The machine is suitable for the production of various kinds of
paste, cream products in cosmetic factory and pharmaceutical
factory. Especially designed for the production of stable emulsions
creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, toothpastes,
etc. having extremely small particles for chemical, cosmetics,
pharmaceutical and food industries.
The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base
viscosity and high solid content.
The pot cover is automatic rising type, the material was directed draw into the emulsifying boiler from oil boiler and water boiler
based on a pipe that is under vacuum, the discharge is based on the turn the emulsifying boiler. And
the heating system is electric heating or steam heating that the temperature is automation control. Put the cool water into the
intercalated bed so cooling the material, simple operation and safety( at the outside have a warm layer). The homogenizer and the blade stirring can together work or separate work.. the material sliming,emulsification,mixing,dispersing,etc. what will finished during
short time. Contact position adopt high-quality stainless steel
(medical use adopt 316L material make with supplies, the polishing
of surface of the mirror of interior surface, mix the hygiene of
the device in vacuum, it accords with the normal hygiene standard
manufacture of GMP to adopt that is most ideal production
equipment.)

Working Principle
The materials in the water-phase tank and oil-phase tank are heated
up and stirred. After they are thoroughly mixed, they will be
transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The material
will be stirred by the upper part of the central paddle, combined
with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be
stirred thoroughly and meanwhile be pushed down to the emulsifier
at the low part of the central axle. With very high speed
emulsifying effect, the material will be seriously cut, sheared,
and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles. The bubbles appear during
the process will be sucked out promptly in the vacuum status in the
tank.
