Inspection principle
The solution uses 8 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and
high-performance strobe light sources to conduct all-round visual
inspection for the appearance defects of bottle products. The
inspection speed is 120 pieces per minute. Unqualified products can
be automatically removed online.
The whole set of testing equipment includes mechanical parts,
visual electronic hardware and testing system software. The
entrance and exit of the testing machine can be integrated with the
customer's on-site conveyor line, and can be connected with
upstream and downstream production equipment (such as leak testers,
balers and other equipment, etc.).
Inspection notes:
Black spots, stains, hair, and impurities (different colors) will
be analyzed and processed according to the black spot detection
index. The difference between the gray value of this item must be
greater than 15, which can be effectively detected. If the sample
has transparent oil stains or light-colored black spots, and the
gray value contrast difference value is low (less than 15), the
detection effect cannot be achieved.
If the product structure is special, in the actual inspection
application, there will be a certain detection blind area in the
structural overlapping area of the plane lens imaging (such as the
area under the thread and the lifting ring, the angle area between
the steps of the bottle body, etc.), and the image acquisition
cannot reach this blind area. , so it cannot be effectively
detected.
Application of camera
- For bottle mouth plane detection, a set of industrial cameras is
installed above the bottle mouth, and with the use of visual light
source, the bottle mouth plane image is collected for processing.
- For the inspection of the inner wall of the bottle mouth, a set of
industrial cameras are installed above the bottle mouth, equipped
with a lens inside the ring, and used in conjunction with the use
of visual light sources, to collect images of the inner wall of the
bottle mouth for processing.
- For the detection of the outer bottom of the bottle, the bottle
body is suspended in the air through a specific conveying
mechanism, and a set of industrial cameras are installed below, and
the image of the outer bottom of the bottle is collected for
processing in conjunction with the use of visual light sources.
- Bottom detection in the bottle, a set of industrial cameras are
installed above the bottle mouth, and with the use of visual light
source, the image of the bottom in the bottle is collected for
processing.
- For the side inspection of the bottle body, 4 sets of industrial
cameras are installed around the bottle body to form a 360-degree
ring surface inspection. With the use of visual light source, the
side image is collected and processed systematically.
