platform has been created, so that AI technology can be transformed

Inspection principle
This scheme is designed according to the actual workpiece
conditions on site, and the bottle cap gasket is visually inspected
to replace manual inspection work. The detection system as a whole
integrates visual optical hardware, detection system software, and
double pad sensors.
The detection equipment is installed online on the production line.
The detection speed is 500/min in the absence of occlusion. The
equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day, which greatly improves
production efficiency.
Application of camera
- The mouth and internal inspection of the round pipe is conveyed
according to the way the mouth of the pipe is facing downwards. A
set of industrial cameras is installed under the mouth of the pipe
to cooperate with the use of visual light sources to collect the
images of the mouth of the pipe and the interior for processing.
- For the detection of the outer bottom of the circular tube, a set
of industrial cameras is installed on the top, which is used in
conjunction with the visual light source to collect images of the
outer bottom of the tube for processing.
- For the inspection of the injection point at the outer bottom of
the round tube, a set of industrial cameras is installed at the
obliquely upper position on the outside of the tube body. With the
use of visual light sources, the characteristic images of defects
at the injection point are collected at an oblique angle to achieve
the detection effect.
- For the inspection of the outer side of the round pipe body, 4 sets
of industrial cameras are installed around the pipe body to form a
360-degree annular surface inspection. With the use of visual light
sources, the images of the outer side of the pipe body are
collected and processed by the system.
System composition
Electronic hardware part
- The electronic hardware part includes industrial cameras,
industrial lenses, light sources, triggers, solenoid valves
(rejecting waste),
- System electrical control box (responsible for electrical and logic
control), three-color alarm lights, and 21-inch touch screen.
- The overall logic control of the system is realized by a high-speed
FPGA chip, and its specific functions include:
- Trigger the camera to take pictures
- Trigger light source strobe
- Trigger the solenoid valve cylinder to remove waste products
flexibly
- Trigger the alarm light signal
- Software part
The software is the general control platform of the equipment, and
its specific functions are as follows:
- Enable and disable the system detection function.
- Adjustment of detection index parameters and precision.
- Template sampling and storage, sample detection information storage
and recall.
- Camera screen calibration function.
- Real-time production information (pass rate, total output, speed,
etc.) display of the system, historical production information
browsing
- Browse, export and save functions.
- Permission management according to the login account (for example,
general operation users disable parameter adjustment permissions).
- The operation and adjustment of the mechanical parts of the system
(such as: opening of the transmission device, adjustment of the air
injection time of the air valve,
- alarm signal adjustment).
