Inspection principle

For the upstream products of the electronic information industry chain, in order to ensure the quality of the products assembled by a fully automatic electronic product assembly production line, whether the electronic components work reliably determines whether the electronic equipment operates normally. Detection and monitoring are distributed in almost every part of the production line. In a process, because the appearance defect detection of electronic components is a very critical part. Inspection details

The visual inspection equipment for electronic components developed and produced by KEYE TECH uses machine vision to replace the human eye, converts the captured target into an image signal through a CCD industrial camera, and transmits it to a dedicated image processing system. Digitized signals; the image system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target, and then controls the on-site equipment actions according to the results of the discrimination. The equipment realizes the automatic process of component size measurement and appearance defect detection, automatic feeding, automatic detection, automatic sorting, automatic unloading, and automatic rejection of defective products.
