Detection function diagram and principle
There is a 2 million pixel camera at the top and bottom. After the
system collects the sample image, it judges the good and the
defective products through the AI deep learning detection system,
and detects the defective products online and automatically rejects
them.The counting function can be achieved after the finished
product is detected, and the counting accuracy rate is 100%.The
software will open the sample detection standards, and the
production personnel on the customer site can control the defect
rate though the accuracy of the comparison and select the accuracy
standard most suitable for their own production conditions.
Gaskets are mechanical seals between two objects, usually used to
prevent pressure, corrosion, and natural thermal expansion and
contraction of pipes between two objects and leakage. Since the
machined surface cannot be perfect, the irregularities can be
filled with spacers. Gaskets are usually made from sheet materials
such as pad paper, rubber, silicone rubber, metal, cork, felt,
neoprene, nitrile rubber, fiberglass plastic polymers.
Basic principles of detection:
After the lead coil moving to the designated station, it is held by
the clamping mechanism and controlled by a servo motor to rotate
for a full circle. At the same time, there is a light source on the
side, and the line scan camera captures images at the same time to
get a high-resolution scan of the coil side.The detection software
compares this image with the standard sample image and detects the
corresponding defects.
An area scan camera at the top and bottom of the coil collects and
recognizes images from the top and bottom, using artificial
intelligence AI algorithms to identify defects and propose
defective products.
