It can communicate with the picking machine. It is convenient for customers to locate the defects and remove defective products in time. The system can store the statistical data of defects according to the date and time, volume number, generate defects maps and report files, which is convenient for later customer management and tracking quality data.

System architecture:

The detection system is composed of optical system, industrial camera,image acquisition and processing module, upper computer HMI and electric control cabinet. The detection system is mainly based on machine visual technology, and its core is to use deep learning algorithms on the embedded image processing platform to identify defects. Under the irradiation of a special light source, the high-speed industrial line scan cameras are used to capture the surface image of the gauze. The system finds and stores the defects images/information. When the defect image is detected, the system outputs a stop electrical signal and stops the gauze containing the defect in the designated area, Easy for workers to locate the defective gauze

Defect type:

black spots, foreign fibers (color), hair strands, metal filaments, cotton lint, broken yarn, etc.

Defect size: as shown in the picture below, all defects >=0.2mm² need to be detected.

One set of processing platform can process four standard channels at the same time (500mm is a unit, channel)
