The detection principle

Through the docking conveying device (the product needs to be output in a straight line with the mouth facing upwards, and the product spacing must be kept above the radius of the cup mouth), the products are transferred to a specific station in a stable and orderly manner,and then the high-pixel sample image taken by the industrial camera is transferred to the image processing software, and the standard sample is compared and analyzed to determine the good product and the defective product, and control the corresponding pneumatic to remove the defective products and finally collect the qualified products.

The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the product defect rate.



- In actual detection, due to the critical fluctuation status of certain detection item data, the product error can result in a certain amount of product, and can be adjusted through the parameter setting of the system software to achieve the actual detection effect.

Note:


- Black spots, stains, hair, impurities (different color), will be analyzed according to the black point detection index, which is greater than 40, which can be effectively detected. If the sample has a transparent color oil or light-paral colored black spots, the grayscale comparison difference is low (less than 40 or less), the expected detection effect cannot be achieved.

- Taking into account the product structure characteristics, in actual detection, structural overlap regions in planar lens may have a very small range of detection blind regions, and the image acquisition is less than this blind zone, so it cannot be effectively detected.


camera application instructions:

Cup plane, add 1 set of industrial cameras directly above the product, with the use of visual light sources, collect the cup mouth, inner wall of the cup and the bottom planar images of the cup for analysis.

The bottom of the cup is floating through the vacuum adsorption belt, and 1 set of industrial cameras is installed under the product. It is used in conjunction with the visual light source to capture the bottom image of the cup for analysis.


The count function can be realized after the finished product is detected, and the detecting device needs to be regularly maintained during use (such as the conveyor tape cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.).
