Inspection Principle
The bottle caps are arranged by the feeding system and transported
to a specific station according to the same orientation in a stable
and orderly manner, and then the high-pixel sample images taken by
the industrial camera are transmitted to the image processing
software, and the good product and the defective product are
determined after comparison and analysis with the standardized
sample , And control the corresponding pneumatic components to
reject the defective products, finally collect the qualified
products, and realize the counting and binning function for the
qualified products, and the counting accuracy rate is within the
range of N~(N+5).
The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the
production personnel at the customer site can control the
comparison accuracy and select the accuracy standard most suitable
for their own production conditions to control the defect rate.

Remark:
➢ Black spots, stains, hair, impurities (different colors) will be
analyzed and processed according to the black spot detection
indicators.
The contrast difference between the gray value of the item must be
greater than 40 for effective detection. If the sample has
transparent oil stains or light black spots, and the gray value
contrast difference value is low (below 40), the detection effect
cannot be achieved.
➢ Due to the complex structure of the product, in the actual
testing and application, the structure of the flat lens imaging is
heavy.
There will be a certain area of detection blind zone in the overlap
area (such as the area under the thread and the inner area of the
structure). The image collection cannot be within this blind zone,
so it cannot be effectively detected.

Front area inspection: The product passes through the adsorption
conveyor belt, and a set of industrial cameras are placed on the
top to match the vision
The light source is used to collect the front image of the product
for analysis and processing.
Outside area detection: Taking into account the structural
characteristics of the product, 4 sets of cameras are required to
form the side detection of the ring.Combined with the use of the
visual light source, the imaging does not interfere with each
other, and the system analysis and processing are performed after
the image is collected.
Inner side detection: Taking into account the structural
characteristics of the product, 4 sets of cameras are required to
form the side detection of the ring.Combined with the use of the
visual light source, the imaging does not interfere with each
other, and the system analysis and processing are performed after
the image is collected.
Cover concave surface detection: the product is the upward output
mode of the front (trademark surface). After entering the glass
turntable and opening the concave perspective, one set of
industrial cameras is installed at the bottom. With the application
of visual light source, the concave image of the product is
collected for analysis and processing.
