After bending, the inner steel plate is welded, and the inner stiffening plate is crisscrossed to increase the internal stress and rigidity.

After the cover plate is welded by CO2 gas shielded welding, the stress is annealed after welding, and then corrected, leveled and straightened.

The principle of the internal longitudinal seam welding machine is to use a long rod to penetrate into the inside of the power rod.

Through the combination of NB-500 type CO2 gas shielded welding machine and video camera monitoring system, the longitudinal slot (length 12000mm) of the power rod is effectively welded.
