Equipment composition and performance characteristics:
1. The equipment is composed of a drive roller seat, a driven
roller, a drive reducer and an electrical control system.
2. The main parts of the equipment, fixed base, clamp-shaped frame
and other welded parts are all welded back stress treatment. This
can ensure the long-term use after processing without deformation,
the service life and rotation accuracy of the packaging equipment.
3. The boring of the fixed base and the clamp-shaped frame is
completed in one go, which increases the processing accuracy and
improves the service life.
4. Rotating rollers, shafts, gears, etc. are all forged parts,
which are heat treated and tempered after forming to ensure
machining accuracy.
5. The operation of the active roller frame is realized by the
double frequency conversion brake motor through the worm gear
deceleration box to realize the synchronous transmission operation.
The frequency conversion speed controller is used to realize the
stepless speed change, the mechanical transmission noise is low,
the workpiece rotation is stable, and there is no vibration during
use.
6. In order to be safe and efficient, the motor is configured as a
brake motor, which can ensure that the workpiece will stop
immediately when the power is cut off, and no slipping will occur.
7. The equipment structure is a clamp-shaped frame swing type with
a certain center distance. This structure can satisfy the free
placement of cylinders of different sizes and diameters.
8. The internal rotating bearings of the equipment all adopt Harbin
shafts, which have long service life and durability.
