Teardrop warehouse racking is common in the US, Canada, and Mexico for a variety of storage solutions, Teardrop rack is named for its teardrop-shaped holes punched on rack columns, the teardrop-shaped punched holes allow you to mix and match different parts and brands. Its beams are usually designed with embedding rivets at beam end connectors that perfectly fit the teardrop-shaped holes in the racking's upright frames. It's a kind of storage rack that is easy to assemble, adjustable, and compatible with most teardrop-style rack components of other rack suppliers.

Teardrop Upright Frames

Teardrop Upright frames are composed of cold-rolled columns, horizontal bracings, diagonal bracings, baseplates, etc, the frame structure could be fabricated by welded type, or bolted type. Teardrop upright frame sizes are ranged from 24"~60" deep and 96"~288" high respectively, depending on the different load requirements.

There are 3.0" and 4.0" columns face with 15Ga, 14Ga, 13Ga, and 12Ga thickness for option, green is popular color by epoxy spray surface treatment for anti-corrosion, considering Geographical areas that may have seismicity, seismic footplates is a compulsory design while installing racking systems in the specific site.
