HPLC Methodology
The mobile phase in the solution reservoir enters the injector via the HPLC pump, where it is mixed with the sample.Each component of the mixture passes through the chromatographic column at different rates, and each component flows out of the chromatographic column sequentially due to the different adsorption capacities between each component and the stationary phase in the chromatographic column.Then, the component concentration is converted into an electrical signal and transmitted to the HPLC software of the computer, and the generated waste liquid enters the waste liquid bottle. After the operation is completed, the chromatogram can be obtained in the HPLC software.
