Intended Use

LD-500 is an automatic instrument used to separate human hemoglobin subtypes and variants from hemolysed whole blood. This instrument only requires a small volume of sample and is easy to operate. It uses cation exchange chromatography with gradient elution, to separate human hemoglobin subtypes and variants from hemolysed whole blood.
