Description
Working principle of metal shrapnel: the metal shrapnel on the
membrane button is located in the conductive part of PCB board
(mostly above the gold finger on the circuit board). When pressed,
the center point of the shrapnel is concave and contacts the
circuit on PCB, so as to form a loop, and the whole product can
work normally through the current.
General conventional metal shrapnel, according to its different
shape is divided into: round metal shrapnel, cross metal shrapnel,
triangular metal shrapnel, oval metal shrapnel. Diameter from 3mm
to 20mm, strength from 100g to 600GF. Of course, if you have
special requirements to make according to your drawings, there is
no problem.
In addition, according to the customer's requirements for
resistance, our metal shrapnel also has nickel plating, silver
plating, gold plating and other different surface treatment.
