Process:
Feed materials receiving and cleaning system
Before going into the main equipments,feed raw materials should be
cleaned to remove impurities and iron parts in order to ensurethe
product quality and normal working of the main equipments.
Feed crushing system
All big size feed raw materials should be grinded to small pieces
or powder feed by hammer mill,hammer mill sieve can be2,4,6,8,10mm
etc.
Feed mixing system
it is a set of crushing, mixing in one of the feed processing
equipment.It is suitable for feed farming in farming and animal
husbandry breeding areas,large and medium-sized farms and standard
communities.It can be used for chopping and mixing of all kinds of
forage grasses,crop stalks and silage feedstuffs and mixing them
with fine feedstuffs.
Feed pelletizing system (Including steam conditioning system)
Adopt ring die feed pellet mill produce feed pellet with high
production capacity and high grade pellet feed production effect.
Ring die feed pellet mill can produce feed pellet,diameter
2-8mm,according to customer demand.
Feed pellet cooling system
Produced feed pellet temperature very high,it can't suitable to
pack directly,so need pellet cooler machine cool down pellet feed
temperature,The temperature of the pellets can be lowered by a
cooler.
Feed pellet crumbling system
Feed pellet crumbler is optional. can use crumbler to broke feed
pellet for small chick feed
Feed pellet sieving system
We use rotary screener to sieve the feed pellet. Sieve the
qualified pellet feed to sale.
Automatic packing system
Independent packaging system, high precision and package speed,save
labor.
