Product description of feed pellet mill machine
The working principle of ring die pellet machine:
Ring die pelletizer is one of the key main equipments of pellet
feed production line. Feed from powder state to pellet formation is
completed through four areas:
1. The material is transported into the modulator through the
speed-regulating feeding auger. In order to obtain good granulation
efficiency (improving the output and quality), after adding hot
steam for conditioning, the material is fed from the chute-shaped
feeding pipe and passed through the ring die cover. With the help
of gravity and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of
the ring die, the material is tightly attached to the ring die
cover and the inner wall of the die (feeding area).
2. Under the action of the feeding knife, the material is fed
uniformly and continuously, and the wedge-shaped space (compression
area) formed by each pressing roller and the ring die.
3. Because the gap between the working surface of the outer wall of
the pressure roller and the working surface of the inner diameter
of the ring die is only 0.1-0.3mm, and this gap is basically
horizontal, a certain extrusion force (extrusion zone) is formed.
4. Due to the feeding of the material, under the strong extrusion
between the die and the roller, after the material is compacted, it
is extruded into the die hole and formed into (forming zone) in the
die hole.
The material is continuously fed into the pressing area, extruded
into shape, continuously extruded from the die hole, and cut into
various required particle lengths by a cutter that can adjust the
distance between the knife edge and the outer wall of the ring die.

Feature:
1. Simple structure, wide adaptability, small footprint and low

2. Powdered feed and grass meal can be pelletized without liquid
addition, so the moisture content of pellet feed is basically the
moisture content of the material before pelleting, which is more
conducive to storage.
3. Chicken, duck, fish feed, etc., can obtain higher economic
benefits than mixed powdered feed.
4. Dry material processing, the produced feed pellets have high
hardness, smooth surface and internal maturation, which can improve
the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
5. The granule formation process can denature the resistance
factors in grains and beans, reduce the adverse effects on
digestion,kill all kinds of parasitic eggs and other pathogenic
microorganisms, and reduce all kinds of worms and digestive system
diseases.
