Feed pellet machine operation and use

1. The personnel on duty of each post shall check the equipment before starting.

(1) There is no foreign matter falling into the equipment; Each rotating part is flexible, there is no jam, collision phenomenon; Whether each connection part is firm; Whether there is powder leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and other phenomena. If there is a fault, it should be eliminated in time.

(2) whether there is lubricating oil for each gear; Transmission belt tension is appropriate; Whether the hammer of the crusher, the press die and the press roll of the granulator need to be replaced; Whether the screen specifications meet the requirements.

2. The personnel on duty in the control room shall master the daily production arrangement and the storage of primary and secondary materials, so as to schedule the production.

3. Operation sequence

(1) First close the main power switch, and then place each system switch to the working position. (2) Switch on the sound signal and inform the staff to enter the work post.

(3) After the completion of all the preparatory work, the control room on duty to determine the material into the warehouse number, the three way valve to the corresponding position, the first start the dust fan, and then according to the processing process order to switch on.

(4) The personnel on duty in the control room should always pay attention to observe all kinds of signal lights on the simulation screen. If the bin sends out empty or full signal, they should timely inform the relevant feeding personnel to operate the bin gate.

(5) According to the production arrangement, the staff should call out the input required material formula, and correctly operate the computer and its auxiliary devices.

(6) When operating the feeding device of the crusher and granulator, the main motor should be ensured to work under the rated current without blocking.

(7) Various trace elements, vitamins, etc., are input proportionally and quantitatively from the additive inlet of the mixer. Each batch of material is mixed in the mixer and is fed once. The input time is given by the control room when each batch of material begins to be mixed.
