Working principle of powder feed production line

other powder feed material such as wheat bran want to mix together
with corn feed,because it no need to crush again,so we just put
powder material into mixer’s powder feed inlet hopper,then several
feed material can mix together in the mixer,it will need to mix 5
minutes according to actual situation,by manual discharge
valve,automatic discharge the finished premix feed product.
The working principle of vertical mixer,by the rapid rotation of
the screw pole,the material is lifted to the top of the barrel from
the bottom,and then scatters on the bottom,by this way, the
material is mixed efficiently in the barrel.
