Process of powder feed production line
The powder unit is generally composed of crushers, mixers, lifting
equipment, dust removal equipment, cleaning equipment, liquid
addition equipment, etc.
1. Feeding system: The feeding system is divided into two types:
automatic feeding and manual feeding. Automatic feeding is to input
materials in a certain proportion through the equipment, and manual
feeding is to manually control the feeding ratio. Feed system is
the first step in feed processing.
2. Crushing system: crush the raw materials to the fineness
required by the pelletizer.
3. Mixing system: Mix the feed evenly in a good ratio to ensure the
quality of the feed.

Characteristic of powder feed production line
1. The feed crushing production line is a complete set of equipment
that mainly produces powdered feed. It is composed of crushers,
mixers, lifting equipment, dust removal equipment, cleaning
equipment, liquid addition and other equipment. The output can be
customized to 5-50 tons/hour according to user needs.
2. The ground-type batching machine can quickly and accurately
weigh large quantities of materials, avoiding troubles such as
products that do not meet the standards due to the imbalance of the
material ratio during the production process.
3. The pulverizer mainly uses a hammer mill. Generally, the
SFSP56-30 pulverizer is used for the output of 3 tons per hour, the
SFSP56-40 pulverizer is used for the output of 5 tons per hour, and
the SFSP56-60 pulverizer is used for the output of 10 tons per
hour.
4. The mixer generally chooses single-shaft double-spiral mixer and
double-shaft blade mixer. Single-shaft double-spiral mixer can be
used for output below 8 tons, and double-shaft blade mixer is
generally used for output above 8 tons.
5. It adopts electric control simulation screen for centralized
control, interlocking system and motor overload protection device
are installed between each equipment.
