This kit is based on real-time PCR fluorescence technology to
quantitatively detect the nucleic acid content of hepatitis C virus
(HCV) in clinical human serum and human plasma samples. It is
mainly used to evaluate the level of virus replication in
HCV-infected patients, rapid screening of hepatitis C and
monitoring of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
