Specification:

a. We provide overseas installation and training of machine operation. All fees including visa, transportation, accommodation will be afforded by buyer, what's more, USD 120 installation fee should be paid.

b. Warranty Period: 12 months

c. We provide the replacement parts for free due to quality problems under proper operation within warranty period

d. After warranty period, we will charge the replacement parts at cost price.

e. We provide lifetime support for all the machines.

4. Delivery Time: 55 days after the deposit(on store)

5. Payment Terms:40% advanced by T/T, the balance should be paid off by the shipment.

6. Valid Time of the Quote: one month after the issuing date.

While ROTY team member arrives at the site for a complete and final installation, two days training course will be provide to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at 8 working hours..

Training

We will provide free training to your technician free of charge at our factory site in Shanghai, China. The total training period would be 2 working days. All travel and related expensed would be at the purchaser’s expense.
