1. Silicone fast-heating system ensure the vulcanizing temperature is uniform and accurate. The temperature can rise from the normal temperature to the splicing temperature (145 ℃) in less than 25 mins

2. We choose high quality and high strength aluminum alloy to manufacture the rubber belt splicing equipment heating plates.

3. Water cooling system is built in the heating plate, it takes only about 15 minutes to cool rapidly from 145 ℃ to 65 ℃, which can speed up the progress of cementing and increase strength of the belt joints.

4. Enhance cross beam design make the strain not exceed 0.5mm when curing.

5. RUNNING vulcanizer’s water pressure bag has no leakage phenomenon appears under 2.3 Mpa in 30 mins high pressure test, which is higher than the international standard. Also can save 70% weight than the traditional aluminum alloy pressure plate, which makes it possible to make integral heating plate without splice. Also flexible platens contour with the irregularities in the belt ensuring uniform pressure across entire splice area.
