ZS-800T-CF is an economical fully-auto unmanned operation side sealer by our company's independent research and development, which is widely used in mass production assembly line with auto-feeding, conveying, sealing, shrinking in one time. It is high working efficiency and suits for the products of different height and width.

Cross sealing bar with PTFE-coated sealing blade adopts vertical driving; Side sealing system by friction with hot blade. The sealing line is straight and strong and we can guarantee seal line in the middle of the product to achieve perfect sealing effect.

1.The longitudinal seal (side seal) can be continuously and uninterrupted cut by a thermostat knife.
2.The horizontal seal adopts the form of thermostat cutter and lifting seal.
3.When the product size varies within the allowable range of equipment, it may be adjusted by the equipment without the need to replace any mould or fixture.
4.In the horizontal or vertical direction, the length of the product can be automatically detected in the two groups of electric eyes. The length of the product is not limited to produce products of different lengths at the same time.
5. It is easy to operate and learn. Five sets of converters are used to control the transmission accurately.
6.The safety door of organic glass not only guarantees the safety, but also monitors the production situation.
