This kind of turning-roll or welding rotator is applicable for narrow gap vessel welding on thick-wall cylinder, or it is necessary to prevent axial drift of work-piece during welding. Its adjustment is adopted with roller up-lift type, which is advanced in structure, complete in function, easy in operation and reliable in performance. Main features

The standard models of our roller beds or welding rotators have the following features:

• This series of turning-roll is mainly composed of driving turning-roll, idler turning-roll, detecting unit and electric control system.
• Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. or D.C. motor (on request) drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
• Schneider or Panasonic inverter to realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
• Heat treatment to main welding parts after welding; sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;
• Electric system is composed of PLC, A.C. Inverter, HMI and displacement sensor.
• The displacement sensor is made by NOVO of Germany;
• The main control applies the PLC and A/D converter unit of MITSUBISHI FX2N.
• Upper surface of base is treated with fine machining;
• Roller distance is lead-screw adjustable and roller surrounding angle among 45°～110°;
• All motion parts have lubrication system;
