This special turning rolls consist of one driving bolt adjustable turning roll, one idle bolt adjustable turning roll and electric control system, etc;

1. All the connectors are designed with safety protections and improved airproof performance to ensure the machine can work in severe surroundings;
2. There is metallic wheel groove in the middle of roller which is used for supporting the fake flange during painting;
3. Steplessly controllable rotary drives by means of A.C. anti-explosion motor drive via self-locking worm gear reducers;
4. Schneider or Panasonic inverter to realize VFD speed control and synchronous rotation of rollers;
5. With travel boogie, very convenient to transfer the material;
6. Metallic wheels;
