3/4 "polyethylene thermoplastic powder coating impregnated welding mesh
The impregnated electric welding net is made of high quality low
carbon steel wire welded and formed by powder fluidized bed
impregnated plastic technology. A layer of uniform and dense
polyethylene coating is coated on the surface of the electric
welding net to prolong the service life of the electric welding
net.
Polyethylene thermoplastic powder coating, also known as
polyethylene powder resin coating, is by high pressure polyethylene
(LDPE) as the base material, adding a variety of functional
additives, color preparation and production of anticorrosive powder
coating, coating layer has excellent chemical resistance, aging
resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, acid resistance,
salt spray corrosion resistance, and has good surface decoration
performance.
1. Immerse the welding mesh in a fluidized bed for 10-12 seconds,
heat it to 150°C-230°C, take out the surface and flatten, and
finally cool it. Another molding powder, no need for fluidized bed.
2, the main uses of impregnated plastic welding mesh:
It is widely used in highways, railways, parks, mountain circles,
prairie chickens, courtyards and other guardrail, bicycle baskets,
bookshelves, hangers, etc.
