Commonly used Angle iron (also called Angle steel) model and material specific introduction:
Angle steel specifications are indicated by the dimensions of side length and side thickness. At present, the specifications of domestic Angle steel are 2~20, and the cm number of side length is the number. The same Angle steel often has 2~7 different edge thicknesses.
The actual size and edge thickness of import Angle steel shall be marked on both sides and the relevant standards shall be indicated. The chemical composition of Angle steel belongs to rolled steel series for general structure, and the main verification indexes are C, Mn, P and S. According to the different brand, the content is different, the approximate range is C< 0.22%, Mn: 0.30 -- 0.65%, P< 0.060%, S< 0.060%.

Specific uses and advantages of Angle iron:

In addition to large ships, L-shaped steel can also be used in offshore engineering structures and demanding construction structures.
