Definition of galvanized sheet coil
Is rolling under recrystallization, but generally understood as the
use of rolling materials at room temperature. Cold aluminum rolling
is divided into plate rolling and foil rolling. The thickness of
0.15~ above is called plate, 0.15~ below is called foil, Europe and
The United States mostly use 3~6 continuous rolling mills as cold
rolling equipment.
The production process
Due to no heating in the production process, there is no hot
rolling often occur pitting and oxide iron defects, good surface
quality, high finish. Moreover, the size precision of cold-rolled
products is high, and the properties and structure of cold-rolled
products can meet some special requirements, such as
electromagnetic properties, deep drawing properties, etc.
Three, galvanized roll material.
Galvanized coil due to different processing methods in the coating
and plating process, the surface state is also different, such as
ordinary zinc coil, fine zinc coil, flat zinc coil, zinc free coil
and phosphating surface. Galvanized coil should have a good
appearance, shall not be harmful to the use of the product defects,
such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, over plating thickness,
abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc..
According to the production and processing methods can be divided
into the following categories:
A) Hot dip galvanized steel coil. A thin steel coil is dipped into
a molten zinc tank so that its surface is adherent to a thin steel
coil of zinc. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is
mainly used for production, that is, the steel plate into a roll of
continuous immersion in the melting zinc plating tank made of
galvanized steel coil;
B) alloyed galvanized steel coil. This steel coil is also made by
hot leaching, but immediately after the trough, it is heated to
about 500℃, so that it generates an alloy film of zinc and iron.
This galvanized coil has good coating tightness and weldability;
C) Galvanized steel coil. This kind of galvanized steel coil has
good machinability by electroplating. But the coating is thin,
corrosion resistance as hot dip galvanized coil;
D) Single side plating and double side difference galvanized steel
coil. Single-sided galvanized steel coil, that is, galvanized only
on one side of the product. In welding, coating, rust treatment,
processing and other aspects, it has better adaptability than
double-sided galvanized coil. In order to overcome the shortcomings
of single side is not coated with zinc, and there is a galvanized
volume coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, namely
double-sided difference galvanized volume;
E) Alloy, composite galvanized steel coil. It is made of zinc and
other metals such as lead, zinc alloy or composite plated steel
coil. This kind of coil has excellent anti-rust performance and
good coating performance. In addition to the above five, there are
color galvanized steel coil, printing coated galvanized steel coil,
PVC laminated galvanized steel coil and so on. But the most
commonly used is still hot dip galvanized coil. Galvanized steel
coil can be divided into general use, roof use, building outer
plate use, structure use, wall board use, tensile use and deep
punching galvanized steel coil.
