Easy Assembling Shelf Column Steel Slotted Angle Rack Roll Forming Machine

Mainly composed of columns(angle rack roll forming machine) and steel laminates(shelf panel bending machine) Suitable for manual access to lighter goods, can be used with plastic crates to store a variety of small products, widely used in the electronics industry and small parts warehouse, can be changed by spraying powder or laying a special rubber plate to achieve anti-static function, with low cost, safe and reliable, simple assembly and disassembly, can be used alone, but also free to splice into various arrangements. The top and bottom layers of the shelves are connected to the columns with double angle codes and screws to make the shelves stable. The steel laminate is made of Japanese standard spcc cold plate bent on all sides according to the required size, with concave reinforcement welded underneath, and the welding is spot welded.

4,After each part of the shelf has been processed and shaped, all the finished products are assembled after grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying and drying. The surface of the finished shelves is clean and beautiful; the shelves can be adjusted up and down at will and are easy to disassemble.
