Laboratory Rotary kiln


The traditional chemical powder roasting and decomposing furnace adopts intermittent shuttle kiln or push-plate kiln. The disadvantage of these two types of kilns is that the cycle is long and the energy consumption is large, especially the uneven heating of the product, which is prone to the defects of sandwiching and burning through.
Our company has successfully developed an "externally heated rotary furnace" specially used for the production of chemical powders. The chemical powder is conveyed into the stainless steel drum through the star feeder. The drum is welded and formed by heat-resistant stainless steel plate. There is a scraper inside. It is driven by the machine system and rotates at a speed of 1 to 10 rpm, thereby promoting the continuous movement of the material layer to the discharge end, realizing continuous production. By changing the inclination and speed of the drum, the output can be flexibly adjusted. Coal or gas or electric heating is used outside the drum to heat the outer wall of the drum to avoid the pollution of the product by the flue gas. The product is heated by heat transfer from the drum wall. Under the stirring action of the scraper, the powder is fully rolled in the drum, the heating is very uniform, and the production cycle can be greatly shortened.


Compared with the traditional rotary furnace, our company's rotary furnace has the following unique features:
1) Using a unique scraping method, it can effectively reduce the disadvantages of dust in the drum.
2) At the feeding end and the discharging end of the drum, the company's unique elastic sealing method is adopted, so that the sealing material is always pressed and sealed with the drum, avoiding the lax sealing phenomenon of the traditional sealing method.
3) At the discharge end of the drum, the company's unique dust receiving device is used, which can completely receive the particles of the sealing material that fall due to friction, so that they cannot enter the discharge collection box, thereby avoiding impurity pollution to the product.
4) At the feeding end of the drum, a settling material collection box is used to receive the material brought out by the exhaust, and this part of the material can be reprocessed, which greatly avoids the material loss caused by the exhaust and It can effectively reduce the burden of the dust removal equipment behind.
5) Using a unique transmission method, the drum can be easily rotated manually without using a clutch device. Avoid high temperature deformation of the drum or damage to the product caused by overheating due to power outages and other reasons.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.


Q3: what is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
