When you want to produce offset printing laminated corrugated box,you must make the box in 2 pieces.

Then the question is how to gluing the 2 piece together after die cutting?

The machine is specially used to fold and glue AB papers( 2 pcs of corrugated paperboard)

When the adhesive department is making double sheets carton box molding , two sheets can be coated with glue(middle hot melt glue ) ,Three parts pneumatic positioning , the upper pneumatic pressing , the two pieces is adhesive into one , adhesive is firm . The pressure paperboard department is the final molding structure . After the gluing into one piece , it can be folded into shape by manually . Meanwhile pressing the lines for the carton box , and the tile line of the cross problems to be corrected manually, into the bottom of the machine from the surface of the pressing belt to complete the final molding.
