humanized.The moving motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of the

two units when the operation is wrong.

After all the units closed, each part is pneumatic locked. There is also lead locked cylinder which can make each part locked with bottom-track lock. If the cylinder is not locked, the main motor will not work.

Lead-edge adopts suction feeding system, air volume can be adjusted, main motor is controlled by frequency conversion.

All gaps adjustment adopt self-locking mechanism , the adjustment is more convenient , accurate and reliable.

All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hard chromium plating and the surface treated by lapping finish.

Feeding unit

Printing unit

◆ When working,the die cutting felt sleeve drum mechanical screw automatic transverse movement (plus or minus 20mm), so that the cutting mark does not repeat, prolong the service life of felt sleeve.

◆ The gap between the felt sleeve roller and the die cutting roller is controlled by pneumatic control. The felt sleeve roller will drop to the working position when the paper feeding is normal, and the felt sleeve roller will automatically rise when the paper feeding is stopped.
