Thermal Control Material 60℃ Phase Change Material: Recycling
Strong, Electronic Temperature Control Pioneer, Help New Energy And
Building Energy Saving New Leap
Product Introduction:
- 60℃ phase change materials refer to a class of materials that
undergo phase change at about 60℃ and can absorb or release a large
amount of latent heat during the phase change process, while their
own temperature remains basically unchanged.
- The phase transformation process is usually solid-liquid phase
transformation or solid-solid phase transformation.
- According to the material composition can be divided into organic
phase change materials, inorganic phase change materials and
eutectic phase change materials.
Highlights of the product:
1. Precise temperature adjustment
- The phase transition temperature is close to 60°C, which can
accurately absorb or release heat near the temperature, effectively
maintain the stability of the ambient temperature, avoid large
temperature fluctuations, and can be used for occasions with
stricter temperature requirements.
2. High energy storage density
- At 60℃ phase transition can absorb or release a large amount of
latent heat, can store more heat in a relatively small volume or
mass, improve energy storage efficiency, reduce material use and
occupy space.
3. Strong chemical stability
- Most 60℃ phase change materials have good chemical stability, not
easy to react with other substances, and can be used in a variety
of environments for a long time, reducing maintenance costs and
replacement frequency.
4. Recyclable
- After several phase change cycles, the performance of the material
declines less, can absorb and release heat repeatedly, has a long
service life and good economy, in line with the requirements of
sustainable development.
5. High security
- Generally, it does not have dangerous characteristics such as
corrosion, toxicity and flammability, and is relatively safe for
the human body and the environment during use, reducing safety
hazards.
Product application scenarios:
1. Industrial waste heat recovery
- Many industrial production processes will produce a large amount of
50℃-60℃ waste heat, such as steel, chemical, cement and other
industries.
- 60°C phase change materials can be used to recover this waste heat,
store it, and release it when needed for heating, preheating or
other processes, improving energy efficiency and reducing energy
consumption and production costs.
2. Heat dissipation of electronic devices
- For some electronic devices with an operating temperature of about
60°C, such as some high-performance processors, power amplifiers,
etc., 60°C phase change materials can be used for heat dissipation
systems.
- When the temperature of the equipment rises to about 60°C, the
phase change material absorbs heat and undergoes phase change,
storing the heat, thereby reducing the temperature of the
equipment, ensuring the normal operation of the electronic
equipment, and improving the reliability and service life of the
equipment.
3. Building energy efficiency
- 60°C phase change materials can be encapsulated in building
materials, such as walls, ceilings or floors.
- When the indoor temperature is close to 60 ° C, the phase change
material absorbs or releases heat, plays a role in regulating the
indoor temperature, reduces the use of refrigeration or heating
equipment such as air conditioning, realizes building energy
saving, and improves indoor comfort.
4. Solar thermal utilization
- Between the solar collector and the heat storage system, the 60℃
phase change material can be used as the intermediate energy
storage medium.
- When the solar collector heats water or other media to about 60°C,
the phase change material absorbs heat and stores it, releasing
heat when needed, achieving the effective use of solar energy and
the balance between supply and demand, and improving the efficiency
and stability of the solar heat utilization system.
Packaging and storage:
1. Packing method
2. Storage method
