The valve features:

1. The valve adopts three eccentric structure, with the tighter sealing function, the sealing performance is reliable.
2. Butterfly plate sealing ring adopts multi-layer plate combination of flexible graphite and stainless steel plate, medium corrosion resistance, erosion, maintenance free, long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve body is the body processing technology, resistant to medium corrosion and erosion, maintenance free, long service life.
4. High strength of butterfly plate, large flow area, small flow resistance.
5, the valve shaft is sealed with flexible graphite packing, the higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing. Wear of the packing can be compensated by continuing to compress the packing gland.

Matters needing attention:

1. This product should be stored in a dry warehouse and is strictly prohibited to be stored in the open air.
2. The medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body when the valve is installed.
3. The pressure test should be carried out before installation, and it can be installed after passing the test.
4. The pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation.
5. The product shall not be subject to large external force after installation.
6. The operating conditions shall meet the technical requirements in the performance specifications.
7. Set the valve bracket if necessary.
8. Long-term storage, regular maintenance.
