Storage, installation and use instructions

1. The valve shall be placed in a dry warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air.

2. For long-term storage, it shall be maintained regularly.

3. The operating conditions shall meet the requirements of performance specifications.

4. Pressure test inspection shall be conducted before installation, and installation can be carried out only after meeting the requirements.

5. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.

6. After installation, the product shall not be subjected to large external force.

Installation mode

The valve is usually installed in the horizontal pipeline, with the valve cover upward perpendicular to the pipeline. It can also be installed in the vertical pipeline when the valve disc can be closed by its own weight, and pay attention to that the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.
