1. Three times paper feeding.

Paper can be well adjusted with three times feeding process, avoid the irregularity during folding paper fan.

2. Photoelectric Sensor Detection

The encoder and the Photoelectric Sensor control the machine at the same time, one paper fan match one bottom to avoid paper waste. Failure alarm, automatic shutdown.

3. PLC control

The machine is more intelligent, the control is more accurate, easier operation and the labor is greatly reduced.

4. Multiple cooling fans for heat dissipation

Multiple cooling fans installed to increase heat dissipation and speed up cooling, ensuring that the machine keep suitable temperature when working.

5. Automatic oil lubrication system

The machine automatically lubricates each part that needs to be lubricated through the copper pipe, no need worker spraying oil manually which greatly saves labor.

6. Waste paper conveying.

7. Sheave drive
