This is sawdust briquette making machine.Machine adopt good quality carbon steel,the service life over 10 years.The material can be various biomass,like palm kernel,peanut shell,branch,logs,ect.The material size must less 5mm.If material too big,we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.Besides the material size must less 5mm,the moisture of material should be 12%.Too wet or too dry will cause bad forming effect.If your material moisture over 12%,we have sawdust drying machine.After crushing,the material was delivery to drying machine,then it was sent to forming machine. Rod making machine is the main equipment to make rod like solid fuel by using wood, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw and other carbon-containing wood materials (without any additives) under high pressure and high temperature. The machine adopts automatic constant temperature device, stable performance under the set temperature, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation and maintenance. The solid rod produced by this machine is easy to ignite after carbonization, high calorific value (compared with the general wood more than 20%), less pollutants, easy to store and transport, can make full use of crop residues, achieve waste into treasure

Under high pressure and temperature, the natural lignin inside biomass material will be released and act as binder to combine particles to briquette with high density.
