Chain dogs produced by Sunnran company are made of ceramic or have a ceramic insert. Because of the ceramic characteristics , it makes them tougher than the steel chain dogs; which also increases the life-time considerably. The chain dogs are isolated on both sides. This means less downtime, longer change spacing in the welder, which will reduce maintenance situations.
