Steel Pail stacking machine for stacking 10-25L Conical pail
This Pail stacker is specially designed to stack conical pails, it
has speed between 40-45 cpm. Welding seam and handle will be
positioned to assure the pails were stacked at the dame direction.
. It can be connected with wrapping machine to save more man power
and increases production efficiency.
- It adopts second-step stacking function to realize none stop for stack change, and speed is adjustable for matching diffrent can production speed.
- The transmission system adopts Cam feeding mechanism to ensure flexible and fast running with less noise and longer service life.
- Servo Controlling system and HMI ensure smooth motion and accurate control to avoid pail scratching.
- Pail height is easily adjustable, operation is convenient.
