High speed Conical pail production machine Metal bucket producing

Three types of pail can making line can be selected, ZD-T18C,
ZD-T18CG, ZD-T18A. ZD-T18C pail line flanges and curls the
cylinders by die . Because of the resemblance of the ZD-T18C pail
line and ZD-GJ18D drum line , ZD-T18C pail line can be modified for
both pail and drum making . ZD-T18CG and ZD-T18A are using flanging
& curling roller to make the cylinder flanged and curled. These
design can adapt to different raw material and reduce defective
percentage.

Welding line
Adopts sheet upward feeding to avoid double sheet issue. Can add
additional storage platform for stocking the body blanks to enable
machine continuously running and enhance productivity . With new
innovated frequency inverter to make perfect welding seam. Internal
and external roller coating machine is quipped with automatic
lacquer feeding system to enable continuous operation. After roller
coating , the lever-type mechanical brush can prevent the cylinder
movement hit off the can bodies. Induction oven can be designed to
linear or U-shape according to client’s workshop layout.
