Introduction of Saliva Collection Kit:
Our Saliva Collection Kit is a user-friendly design for donors to
self-collect DNA/RNA samples at home, the Saliva Collection Kit is
an all-in-one system for the collection, stabilization, transport,
and storage of RNA from saliva samples. The Saliva Collection Kit
collects the saliva samples secreted by the mouth through the
collection tube and mixes the collected saliva with the transfer
fluid evenly to ensure the integrity of the DNA/RNA in the saliva
samples.

Collection principles of Saliva Collection Kit:
The Saliva Collection Kit collects saliva samples secreted by the
oral cavity through collection tubes, and evenly mixes the
collected saliva with saliva preservation solution to ensure the
integrity of DNA in saliva samples and can be stored at room
temperature for a long time.
Saliva Collection Kit Description:
①.Relax your cheeks and knead gently for 30 seconds to produce
saliva.
②. Gently cough up about 2ml of saliva into the saliva collection
funnel.
③. When the Saliva Collection Kit collects saliva, be careful not
to generate too much foam (excluding the top foam).
④. Open the Saliva Collection Kit DNA storage solution tube and
remove the cap.
⑤ Pour the DNA preservation solution into the saliva collector and
confirm that the layered interface between the sample collection
solution and the upper layer of foam reaches the 4ml mark.
⑥ Unscrew the Saliva Collection Kit collection funnel from the
threaded opening of the saliva collector and take off the funnel
(remember to discard the waste after use to avoid contact with
contamination).
⑦. Cover the Saliva Collection Kit sample collection tube cap,
invert the liquid in the tube and mix well, fully mix the DNA
preservation solution and saliva sample, and complete the sample
collection work.
