Introduction of Fecal Collection Kit:
iclean's Fecal Collection Kit is the latest bacterial transport swab to provide identification of aerobic or anaerobic during collection, transport or indoor storage at the temperature required for potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, and calcium chloride ions The ability of bacteria to maintain their viability, this is a suitable buffer to maximize the integrity of the sample morphology and make it fully suspended and dispersed. The Fecal Collection Kit uses different reagent formulations and the specificity of compatible swabs to allow for larger sample collection, better transport, and preservation.
Fecal Collection Kit Instructions for Use:
1. Take the sampling swab out of the Fecal Collection Kit, do not
touch other parts or other places (to avoid contaminating the
swab).
2. Gently insert the cotton swab from the Fecal Collection Kit 3-5
cm into the anus.
3. Directly scrape enough samples with the sampling rod of the
Fecal Collection Kit, and the ratio of sample to preservation
solution is 0.01-0.25:1.
4. Use the cotton swab 4~5 times in the anus, then gently pull out
the cotton swab.
5. Put the sampling swab into the test tube containing the
preservation solution, and quickly stir about 10 times to elute the
sample on the swab. Then push the sampling swab head from the tail
and tighten the cap
