External Ultrasonic Switch Working Principle

This switch uses ultrasonic technology to detect whether the liquid level in the tank reaches the set alarm position through the ultrasonic sensor. The principle is to excite the ultrasonic sensor, emit ultrasonic waves, and the ultrasonic signals are injected into the tank along with the tank wall. Due to the huge difference in acoustic impedance between the liquid and the air in the tank, there is also a huge difference in the ability of the two media to absorb ultrasonic energy. Therefore, the reflected signal of the tank wall received by the ultrasonic sensor will have obvious strength differences. Using the above principle, by detecting the received ultrasonic signal strength, it can accurately determine whether the liquid level has reached, and the relay outputs a corresponding alarm signal.
