Characteristics and Purposes

1. Oxidized polyethylene wax is a synthetic wax. It has different melting point, hardness, and

density, polyethylene wax is a very good choice under the high temperature condition. Wax

emulsion refers to the water-based system with the particle size distribution below 1 μ m, distinguished by the emulsion iconicity, it can be non-ionic, anionic, and cationic. Wax emulsion is different from wax dispersion, it has no matting effect, and be used for coating and inks which has high requirement on gloss.

2. B-631 with high gloss and high transparency, can improve hand-feeling, abrasion&scratch

resistance, especially suitable for coatings which need high gloss and transparency.

3. Be used for fabric finish, coating, ink, paper, leather, B-631 provides abrasion&scratch

resistance, high gloss and soft hand-feeling.

4. B-631 can be used for water-based coatings, and polish fields like floor, leather, furniture, automotive, paper and others, as well as the production of liquid shoe polish, metal mold release agents, and other industries.

5. When added into the leather finishing agents, B-631 can increase the leather feeling and abrasion resistance; when added into color paste, it can provide flatting effectand can prevent the coating from stickiness when meet heat.

Addition level

Added directly, stir and use, addition level is generally between 2-10 %.

It is generally recommended to add the wax emulsion at the end of the mixing process, and add the wax emulsion while stirring.

To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake it well before use.

Please try its adaptability beforehand when mixing with other substances, especially considering the pH value.

Packaging and Storage

1. Plastic barrel: 200kgs net per drum; 1000kg/IBC.

2. The shelf life of the original packaging at room temperature is 12 months. Once the

container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.
