Buliding Polymer Material PP Fiber Twisted Bunchy Form 500T For Crack Resistant
Introduction:
1.PP fiber 500T is made of polyolefin as raw material.
2.The surface is processed by a special parallel thread extrusion and twisting process
3. It has high fracture strength, good dispersion and strong binding force, and is often used as a concrete additive instead of steel fiber
1.Recommended length: Common crack resistance requires fiber length of 54mm
2. Fiber concrete mix ratio: It is usually recommended to add more than 2.7kg/sqm to concrete (0.3% by volume). The reinforcement amount is 5.5kg, compared with adding 47kg steel fiber, the volume ratio of 5.4kg polymer fiber to concrete is the same.
3. The mixture ratio of concrete usually does not need to be changed. Considering the requirements of crack resistance, it is recommended to use PP fiber mesh with volume ratio of 1:1 (0.9kg fiber mesh per sgm cement concrete).
