This product is specially designed for the hospital, blood station, exemption, nuclear medicine and other units. It automatically takes off hats and centrifuges to completely solve the problem of hospital removing hats in the separation of vacuum blood vessels. Automatic off-cap centrifuge is a conventional medical centrifuge. Automatic off-cap centrifuge is also known as automatic off-cover centrifuge. It is the conventional hospital laboratory centrifugal machine to automatically remove the vacuum blood vessel cover during the centrifuge process.Designed for the hospital, blood station, exemption, nuclear medicine and other units, it was automatically removed and centrifuged once, and completely solved the problems of low artificial cap removal efficiency in the process of separating vacuum blood vessel extraction and low vibration caused by blood resuspension to increase the risk of bacterial infection.

DD5M Features of Automatic Hded Medical Centrifuge:

1. Vacuum extraction automatic cap centrifuge, success rate of 97%, suitable for vacuum m / 75mm 100mm specifications.
2. Adopt Ingram single chip machine and Infineon drive module, cooperate with independent research and development of control board and large torque AC / DC frequency conversion motor, to operate stable and low noise and provide a comfortable laboratory environment.
3. Adopt fluorine-free refrigeration compressor set and environmentally friendly refrigerant R404a, with a wide temperature control range: -20℃ 40℃, and can be set during centrifuge operation; prefabricated cooling function, rapid cooling to setting temperature; standby cooling function, maintaining set temperature in standby state, and heating frost function.(TL5R is applicable only)
4. It has various early warning functions, including overspeed, overtemperature, imbalance, underpressure and excessive pressure, three-level damping shock absorption, special combination shock absorption device, to make the motor smooth operation safe and reliable, prevent blood resuspension, and achieve excellent centrifugal effect.
5.TFT-LCD real color display, touch screen button and physical button double operation mode, with centrifugal force display special keys, display set parameters and operation parameters, can change parameters at any time during operation, no shutdown, operation interface intuitive, simple, easy to use; operation menu can provide multiple languages (Chinese, English, Russian and Portuguese).

The rear Austenitic 304 stainless steel centrifugal chamber is combined with all-steel spray molding shell, one stamping molding steel front face and three-layer steel protective cover and other security devices, which are not only strong and durable, but also ensure the safety of staff and laboratory use.
