Dual Axis Slew Drive Description
Dual axis trackers have two axes of free rotation. These axes are
perpendicular to each other. Dual-axis trackers are able to follow
the sun vertically and horizontally, thus allowing for optimal
solar levels. By applying a dual-axis slewing drive in the solar
tracking system, the dual-axis tracker is able to automatically
face the sun no matter where the sun is.
