Product Description
The high energy media mill can impart more energy to milling media
for dispersion than other conventional mills. The geometry of the
energizer dispersion tool fluidizes the milling media in toroidal
flow pattern to form high energy concentration zones through out
the milling chamber. Coaxially positioned discharge port with
larger area for media separation helps in promoting the through
put. Baffled flow path of coolant and increased heat transfer area
makes the dispersion of heat sensitive materials possible. The
pressure and temperature inside the mill can be continuously
monitored.
Product Features
1. Patented turbine grinding structure has a higher filling with grinding media. True
comminution and high speed dispersion
2. Double cooling systems for the chamber and end cap. The
dissolvent which is compatible with grinding material can be added
as cooling agency to reduce the production loss because of little
leakage .
3. Feeding device: USA imported pneumatic diaphragm pump or
frequency control gear pump is optional as clients' requirements.
Feeding and discharging tubes with good solvent resistant property.
4. High security property. The Horizontal bead mill will
automatically stop working when there is water shortage, air
pressure shortage or over-high material temperature.
5. Grinding chamber and rotor is made of high wear resistant
silicon carbide and zirconia which has no metallic pollution and
discoloring.
6. Reasonable design for inner and outer structure allows stable
performance with no vibration and noise.
7. Frequency control and PLC are optional
