MACHINE APPLICATION:

The FZ-06 coil tilter is used for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 90 degree with max loading capacity 6tons. It’s widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, mold, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc. High efficient working, safe and reliable.

BASIC FEATURES:

• Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer is adopted.
• Four-roller device wrapped with polyurethane.
• Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.
• Micrometric setting for adjusting the floor level.
• Converter controls, Fast, stable and safe.
• Both electric & mechanical limit restrictors adopted to grantee safe operation.
• Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
• The machine will stop automatically when turning process finished.
• Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.
