Double Solar Powered Aircraft Warning Lights
The FAA recommends the use of stable red obstruction lights on towers and communication obstacles 50 to 2,200 feet high, which can be dangerous to small aircraft and helicopters at night. Steady red obstruction lights are recommended at 150 feet, moderate red or white flashing lights at 350 feet, and multi-level lights at 1750 feet. See FAA Advisory.
The L-864/L-865 Medium Intensity Dual LED Beacon Obstruction Lights are designed to illuminate communication towers, chimneys, wind turbines and other air navigation obstacles. Solid red LED beacons and flashing white LED beacons meet FAA advisory and FCC guidelines.
Unlike conventional xenon flash tube technology, little maintenance is required during its lifetime. The operating voltage of the system is less than 200VDC, significantly lower than that for which xenon flash tubes are designed, representing a safety improvement.
The L-864/L-865 LED Dual Beacon Obstruction Lights operate on a 48VDC power supply. The power/control box can be placed up to 550 feet from the light engine, such as the bottom of a tower.
The L-864/L-865 Beacon Obstruction Lights come with a 5-year warranty, with a typical lifespan approaching 15 years.

KEY FEATURES

ENERGY SAVING

  • The obstruction lights can operate with solar panels and batteries in order to offer low power consumption.
  • Will charge under nearly all weather conditions and up to 200 hours of operating capacity.
  • Over 60% cost saving, compared with using traditional types. No cables or electrical infrastructure required, and lab also saves by no need to take heavy to the top.

UP-TO-DATE MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGY

  • We update main components every year with the rapid development of solar panel, batteries and LEDs.
  • We always keep ourselves up-to-date.

RELIABLE

  • Designed to meet FAA and ICAO obstruction standards
  • Regulation automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn.

STANDARS

High-rise building aviation obstacle light configuration scheme
The obstacle lights set up by high-rise buildings and building complexes should be able to see the outline of the object from all directions, and the horizontal direction can also refer to the barrier lights set at a distance of about 45 meters, and the general building should install obstacle lights at the top of it, and the installation height H is calculated from the horizontal ground. Reference Standards: CAAC, ICAO, FAA MH/T6012-2015, MH5001-2013

  • When h ≤ 45m, a low light intensity dual aviation obstacle light or low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top
  • When 45 < h < 105m, medium light intensity B-type aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top, and low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at 1 / 2 of its height
  • When 105 ≤ h < 150m, medium light intensity type a aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top, and low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at 1 / 2 of its height
  • High light intensity aviation obstruction lamps shall be set at the top of H ≥ 150m and at the interval of 75-105m, and medium light intensity aviation obstruction lamps shall be set between the layers of high light intensity aviation obstruction lamps
